Job Type: Temp to Perm

Pay Rates:

• Days - £12.21/h + Overtime
• Lates - £14.16/h + Overtime
• Nights - £16.97/h + Overtime

Shift Patterns:

• Days: 7am - 3:10pm
• Lates: 3:00pm - 11:15pm
• Nights: 11:00pm - 07:05am
  Or
• Days 6.45am - 3.15pm
• Lates 4.20pm - 0045am
• Note: You will work a two-shift pattern and must be flexible to work all shifts and short notice overtime as required.

Job Description:
As an Assembly & Production Operative at our Houghton le Spring location, you will play an integral role in the assembly of automotive seats. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a team to perform various operations in the assembly process.
• Achieving production targets efficiently and accurately.
• Conducting visual quality checks on your own work.
• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a large team to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant.
